Sample Day Itinerary

• 7:00 AM: Morning Meditation
• 7:45 AM: Introduction to Pranayama Practices
• 8:00-10:00 AM: Breakfast
• 10:00 AM: Hatha Yoga
• 10:30 AM: Workout Session
• 12:30 PM: Lunch
• 1:30-5:00 PM: Free Time (Explore, Relax by the Pool, or Beach Excursion)
• 6:00 PM: Dinner
• 8:00 PM: Yin Yoga

Throughout the retreat, immerse yourself in cultural experiences like the traditional Temāzcal ceremony. Indulge in gourmet meals, relax by the pool, or explore the breathtaking North Beach in Sayulita.
